Booking

All inquiries must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. I need the proper time to make sure that I have your specific date open and for this reason I will need 3 weeks in advance notice. For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. For wedding packages; a 35% non-refundable retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% balance is due two (2) days before the date of the wedding. you can break this up into multiple payments if needed.

Payment

All sessions and packages can be paid via cash, Visa, MasterCard, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Payment is due the day of the session, no exceptions. If you want to create a payment plan, it must be set up prior to the session and approved by your photographer/Videographer.

Cancellation

For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by reaching out to photographer 1-2 weeks prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
